Went to see Built to Spill last night at Stubb's. I went with a friend who is a HUGE BTS fan, well, not sure if "fan" really does the feelings that he has for BTS justice. I am pretty sure that he has a man crush on Jim Roth and his guitar. The things that JR can do with that instrument are pretty amazing, so I guess I understand the infatuation.
The concert was really great though, and a perfect night to see a show at Stubb's - 70 degrees and a little windy. A perfect welcome for his first time in Texas......complete with some Lone Star Beer. :)
